TRANSFER &
HOW TO ARRIVE
The Challenge Mallorca starts and finishes in La Victoria, Alcudia.
There is a free public parking available for participants who arrive on their own. There is no public transport at the activity point, so if you come from other areas of the island (we offer free transfer only in the north of the island), we recommend you to come to Alcudia Bus Station by public transport, where we can pick you up.
Our transfer service is available in northern Mallorca in the area along the coast: Alcudia, Port d’Alcudia, Playa de Muro, and Can Picafort. You can find a map of all possible pick-up points here.
If you are located in another area of the island, please come to Alcudia Bus Station, where we can pick you up.
When booking, please select your hotel from the list or indicate your accommodation address. In the booking confirmation email, you’ll find the exact meeting point and time.
You can either hire a rental car for the day (usually the cheapest / fastest option and as the tour only takes approx. 3 hours, you can enjoy the rest of the day exploring the beautiful beaches and sights nearby) or you arrive by public bus. You can find public bus schedules here. We can pick you up at Alcudia Bus Station, Av. Príncep d’Espanya.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
We try to make it possible for everyone to experience the tour, but it’s up to the participant. The activity includes walking on uneven, inclined, and slippery surfaces at the coast, getting in and out of the water (with help), and swimming. Please contact us for any specific questions.
Yes, we do private tours depending on availability. We also have a dedicated team building event, see The Team Challenge Mallorca. Please get in touch with us to discuss details: info@thechallengemallorca.com

TOUR &
PARTICIPANT
DETAILS
The Challenge Mallorca is a multi-adventure tour for all levels of fitness and all age groups, so you don’t need any training. Our amazing guides will help you along the adventure and will be with you the whole time. We recommend you know how to swim, but it is not necessary.
All participants have to fill out a short participant information sheet at the beginning of the tour, where we ask for any illnesses (i.e. recent operations, heart/lung / chronic diseases) and if they feel fit on the day of the tour. This information is important to communicate with the guides to accommodate any special needs you may have. We are able to bring asthma inhalers, diabetes pumps, and other small necessary medical equipment during the activity.
Yes, you can. For your own safety, we recommend you know how to swim. However, people often join even though they can’t swim and our guides are well-trained and will ensure a safe and fun activity. You will wear a life jacket at all times and be supervised continuously.
The Challenge may cancel a tour due to weather conditions or adverse sea conditions that can make it unsafe. Anyhow we have an option B tour located at Alcudia’s Main Beach with various activities and the same fun! If the option B tour is not suitable for you, in that event, we offer to reschedule the tour to a different day, or if the participant cannot join on another day, we give a full refund.
You only need your swimsuit (please already wear it below your normal clothes), sunscreen, and a towel. We also recommend bringing your own water and leaving valuables in your accommodation. We can lock small items / small backpacks in the trailers, if necessary.
Kayak, helmet, life jacket, water shoes, snorkel equipment, GoPro & HD photos, a wetsuit (during colder months) and a picnic at the end of the tour (camping-style snacks & drinks).
Yes, they can, if they are really keen to participate and listen to the guides. Younger children pay the same price as 6-11-year-old children.
Yes, if the child is at least 16 years old, listens to the guides and the parents sign a declaration, we can take the child on the tour without parental supervision.
We use kayaks suitable for 2, 3 and 4 PAX.
All traveler types join us: single travelers, couples, young people, families, seniors. The tour is designed to be suitable for everyone and one of the main reasons the tour is so much fun is the tour guides, who make everyone feel welcome and part of the group.
During the tour, we paddle in kayaks, walk along the coast, visit a sea cave in Mallorca north. All activities are possible for all age groups and all fitness levels.
The cliff jump is 3 meters high, but it is not mandatory to do it. There’s an alternative lower jump or stairs to go down to the water.
If you have claustrophobia and prefer not to enter the cave, you can still participate in the tour. There’s always a guide outside the cave who will take care of the group while they are inside the marine cave. Afterwards, you can continue with the next activities.
