It’s recommended to know how to swim, but not mandatory.

We only offer transfer in the north of Mallorca. If you stay in other areas of the island, please arrive on your own (i.e. by rental car) to the activity point near La Victoria, Alcudia, or by public bus to Alcudia bus station, where we can pick you up.

Cancelling your reservation is easy and fast. Send us an email at info@thechallengemallorca.com with the ticket number of your reservation.
We will handle cancellations based on the time at which we receive your cancellation notice:
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Please note that parties of 6 or more may have a stricter refund policy. If you book The Challenge Mallorca with another vendor, it is possible that the cancellation policy changes.
Bad Weather Conditions:
In some cases, The Challenge Mallorca may cancel a tour due to weather conditions or adverse sea conditions that can make it unsafe. In that event, you may choose between rescheduling the tour to a different day/time or receiving a full refund.

The Challenge runs about 3.5 hours from pickup to drop-off, covering the coastal paddle, the marine cave, the optional cliff jump, the snorkel treasure hunt and a beach picnic.

The meeting point is Camí Vell de la Victòria 86A, 07400 Alcúdia. Drive and park, or take the free Fun Bus transfer from pickup points between Port de Pollença and Can Picafort. Kayaks launch from a natural beach nearby.

Yes. The route paddles to a marine cave on the north coast large enough to walk and swim inside. You leave the kayaks at the entrance and swim in with a guide, wearing a helmet and life jacket.

No, you can still join. For your own safety, we recommend you know how to swim. However, people often join even though they can’t swim and our guides are well-trained and will ensure a safe and fun activity. You will wear a life jacket at all times and be supervised continuously.

After the cave you snorkel in clear water to find the sunken treasure, with mask and snorkel provided. Guides carry GoPros, and the HD photos and footage are included in the ticket at no extra cost.
